Once your team is fully registered for one of our tournaments the refund policies are as follows:
1. If your team drops out after registrations close, we will not issue a refund.
2. If the tournament is rained out, we will assess a re-schedule date, and issue refunds accordingly with a $10.00 processing fee.
3. If the tournament is rained out and no re-schedule date is available, we will issue refunds to all teams entered, within 5 business days.
4. If a tournament has already begun, and rain shuts us down, we will issue refunds according to the amount of games you've played and the game guarantee for said tournament.
We will utilize the USSSA Rule book until further notice. We reserve the right to have players, coaches, parents, and umpires removed from the premises at any time for breaking the rules laid out in the code of conduct section of the USSSA rule book. We work hand in hand with the Perkins Police Department as well as the Iowa Tribal Police Department to ensure the safety of all of our guests!
If any of our tournament staff ask an individual to leave at any time, we will give them 2 minutes to vacate the premises before we call the authorities to have them removed. If a person has been ejected during a game and they refuse to vacate the premises within that 2 minutes their team will forfeit the game.
Our PROTEST POLICY is as follows:
Once a protest has been declared game time will pause until the issue is resolved
First protest fee= $40
Protest fee goes up $10 per protest in the tournament for that team
Once a team declares a protest they have 2 minutes to pay the umpire the protest fee, before the umpire will hear a protest.
IF the protesting team wins the protest they will receive of their protest fee back.
A team will be allowed to protest the following items:
1. A players age

A team MUST declare a protest on a rule interpretation BEFORE the next pitch is thrown (the tournament director will provide the rule interpretation to the umpire at this time and game time will resume by the umpire announcing "play ball")
On a game ending play a team MUST declare a protest BEFORE the umpires leave the field
